Regular Returns Policy

Bicycles - Bicycles are eligible for a refund at a 10% restock fee or a full amount exchange for another bicycle or products within the store. Bicycles are not eligible for any return or exchange if they are special order, purchased while on sale, if they have been shipped or if they have been used showing visible wear.

Shipping

Reduced Shipping Rates on Large Bicycle Purchases:

Applies to bicycle orders over 12 adult bicycles in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec. Remote regions in these provinces may be subject to additional shipping charges after the order is placed.

Standard Shipping:

Calculated at checkout. Applies to all orders made in Canadian Territories, rural areas, and all international orders.

PLEASE NOTE: All international customers are responsible for ALL duties and tariffs when crossing international boarders. This is paid upon delivery.

If you wish to have an item shipped and aren't sure if your address qualifies, please contact us. We ship all over mainland North America so long as the product you are looking at is eligible for shipping. Contact us for availability and quote to your address!

Expected delivery times - For Canadian customers, expect anywhere from a 2-10 business time delivery timeline with in-stock products. Each product may require special care during shipping or the product may be in one of our various warehouses. For US residents expect a 5-12 business day delivery time with in-stock products.
